The problem
Amazon loses stock every day. Getting paid for it is the hard part.
Units go missing on the way in. Stock gets damaged in the warehouse. Customers are refunded and never send the item back. Each one is small, so nobody notices, and it adds up quietly in the background.
Even when you do spot it, claiming it is a job in itself. You dig through buried Seller Central menus, find the right case type, match transaction IDs, order IDs, SKUs and FNSKUs, and use the exact wording Amazon wants. Then you wait for a reply that reads like it was pasted, and reopen the case again.
So most sellers do one of two things. They give up on it, or they hand it to a recovery service that keeps a cut of everything Amazon pays back.

Questions sellers ask
Do you take a percentage of what I recover?
No. Reimbursements are paid by Amazon straight into your Amazon account. SellerToolKit is a flat monthly subscription and takes no commission.
Which marketplaces does it work on?
UK and EU marketplaces. Amazon has changed its reimbursement help pages for some US accounts, so case raising may not be available on every US account.
Will Amazon pay every claim?
No. Amazon decides each case. Some claims turn out not to be owed, for example where the customer's return was already credited. STK raises the case and records Amazon's answer, so you can see the outcome for each one.
Is it safe to connect my Amazon account?
You connect through Amazon's own authorisation page, which gives SellerToolKit access through Amazon's official Selling Partner API. We never see your Amazon password.
What does the browser extension do?
It opens Amazon's own help pages in your Seller Central and fills in the reimbursement case for a claim STK has found. It only works when you are signed in, and you can see each case it raises.
What happens after the 14 days?
Nothing is charged during the trial and we never ask for a card up front. If you want to carry on, you choose to subscribe. If you don't, you are not charged.
If I cancel, do I lose my data?
We keep your data for 8 days after you cancel, so you can come back without starting again.
P.S. Amazon has a time limit on most claims. Every week a lost or damaged unit goes unclaimed, it gets closer to being money you can never get back.
